Winning and Losing

Looks like Global Warming has decided to take a vacation.

I'd thought I'd weigh in my opinion on winning and losing. Very important lessons that everybody should learn early, regardless of how they feel about it. Take the NFL for instance. There's taunting, cheap hits, excessive celebrations, and even personal vendettas, but in the end, they shake hands, players from both sides pray together, and possibly settle personal differences the game may have brought. There are, of course, the extremely childish players, but taken aside they are usually focused on by the media. I believe kids should learn the lessons of losing and winning at an early age. I remember t-ball at the young age of 4. Score was kept and even at that tender age lessons were learned as I progressed through little league. If we got creamed we analyzed our mistakes, misfortunes, and built off of that. If we won, we celebrated, but after shaking hands with our opponents, and continued on. Whether you like sports or not, these lessons can help you progress in many areas of life. Each day we experience wins and losses, and depending on how we take it, and how we carry ourselves in these situations, can really affect the outcome of you and those around you. Take Obama, for instance. He won the presidency and look how he has responded. It makes you wonder how he really was in high school basketball. I also played HS basketball, and there would be no way I'd act like he currently is. Now lets take some of the republicans. They lost, and some have taken it very badly, while others have rebounded and are using that loss to reevaluate themselves. I've even learned from all the sports I have participated in and still participate in. Being turned down for a job, rebounding, and try again. It's like a wide receiver missing a wide open catch, he doesn't give up, he tries again. Now if you voted for Obama and still approve of him, are you really showing your classy "winner" selves with the, "you are losers"," you lost" ,"dying away," and other insults? You think we are taking the loss by disapproving all of Obama and his administrations' policies? NO! We disapprove of the massive enlargement of government, the political science known as global warming, the attacks on concerned citizens, the lack of concern of Islamic Extremists, the lack of truth and partisanship shown by the media, and the anti-American thought and immoral ways of living being taught to our youth. No, we are not losers. We are seeing this administration and it's supporters deny the very words Obama took when he was sworn in. You really think you're winners? The winners are the patriots who have fought for this country with blood, deed, and the love of freedom.Winners very own signatures reside on the constitution. Winners deny the hatred and envy of America shown by the rest of the world. The winners are the immigrants who flee from persecution from their former government or a war, become citizens, and work in freedom and peace. Winners are those who show belief in our system, and always look for ways of improving while staying on top.

Obama's dream of a socialist America is a loser. He's taping the other teams and using their plays. If Obama wants to watch ESPN and turn his losing streak around , he better start listening to the crowd in the stadium, the American people.
